About the Role

Are you an experienced personal injury attorney looking for a growth opportunity where you'll be trusted, supported, and part of a mission-driven team? We are building a team of passionate legal professionals who care deeply about results, quality, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
• Evaluating liability, damages, and treatment plans
• Drafting and reviewing demand packages
• Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding case progress
• Collaborating with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
• Maintaining detailed notes and case activity in the firm's legal CRM (Litify)
