Children’s Mercy Kansas City is seeking a board-eligible / certified child neurologist with epilepsy / clinical neurophysiology training to join a growing group of 21 faculty in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neurology, with 8 epileptologists and 14 Nurse Practitioners

- Level IV comprehensive pediatric epilepsy center with eight pediatric epileptologists, four pediatric neurosurgeons, and 12 bed EMU (8 currently operating and 4 more getting set up in 2022)
- One of the largest ketogenic diet programs in the country
- Active Epilepsy surgery program utilizing both stereotactic (ROSA) and conventional grids ECOG
- Active Intra-Operative-Monitoring (IOM) program.
- Neuropsychology program dedicated for the epilepsy center.
- Active VNS / Neuromodulation program
