What you will do - Essential responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in CarMax inventory to help customers discover vehicles that meet their requirements.
- Guide customers throughout their journey, from sales or appraisals to test drives and financing applications.
- Complete all necessary records and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions for our customers.
CarMax offers a competitive wage for new Sales Consultants during training and throughout the first 640 hours of selling, after which commissions will form the base of your pay.
