DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the assessment of behavior needs of identified students
- Identify the appropriate conflict and problem-solving skills
- Design and follow-up with student behavior contracts
- Conference with parents related to behavioral and academic concerns
- Utilize therapeutic counseling strategies with individuals and families
- Provide direct counseling to individual students and their families
- Develop functional behavior assessment
- Work district-wide in assigned school(s) - must provide own transportation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Reports To ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENT
