Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Fi tters for projects located in and around Paducah, KY . This is a first or second shift opportunity with a pay of up to $24 / hour based on experience plus $100 / Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a Marine Fitter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

Perform repair work on towboats and river barges

Assist with new construction projects as needed

Work primarily with stainless steel; some carbon steel work required

Layout modules and assemblies from blueprints for barge, towboat, and marine equipment construction

Requirements :

Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

• Ability to pass a fitter test
• Able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Basic tools of the trade
• Standard PPE
