Job Description : Role is Hybrid / Remote / Work anywhere in US (only) The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, documenting business process flows, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with Automotive Industry standards, policies and methodologies. Develops business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution. Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and best practices Create impactful presentations, documents and supporting material to enable both technical and business team to be aligned on the requirements and deliverables Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving - Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions. Must understand and be able to apply current market trends and prevalent technologies to help provide clients with potential solutions to address their business challenges. Ability to independently manage stakeholders and client relationships. 15+ Years of Experience covering : Experience in IT industry or in IT side of Auto OEM business is must Strong Automotive domain expertise and business process experience in at least 1-2 of the areas : After sales & Service. Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Dealer Management. Warranty Management System. Manufacturing Experience with / working knowledge on Salesforce Service Cloud. Knowledge on Salesforce CRM and Contact Centre Enhancement is added advantage. Experience on Agile based implementation is mandatory BE / B.TECH / MBA or equivalent and relevant master degree Business Analysis
