Join our prestigious and talented Adult Emergency Department Nursing team and become a part of something bigger within the Johns Hopkins Health System at Howard County Medical Center!
Our medical center’s Adult Emergency Department has 52 beds, which includes 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds. Nurse / Patient ratios are 3 : 1 or 4 : 1. If you are looking to work in a community hospital ED, that utilizes Team Nursing, with a very stable nursing leadership team, and if you like working in a fast-paced environment, then we might be the right place for you. ER nursing experience is a plus but not required. The Clinical Nurse Leader is perfect for the person looking to grow into management, while maintaining a bedside presence.

Nursing requirements : At least 3 years experience in the practice specialty is requried and a Bachelors Degree in nursing from an accredited school
Shifts : Day shift, 40 hours per week (2 8 hr shifts and 2 12 hr shifts)
Work location : Columbia, Maryland
Salary Range : Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum 72.19 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
