Tax Manager - Generalist (Real Estate, Mfg, Hospitality and more)

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee and manage our Tax Staff and Tax Seniors. The ideal candidate will focus on review and training employees, while ensuring adherence to tax regulations and providing strategic tax guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities
• Review tax provision calculations and financial statement disclosures
• Develop tax strategies and implement efficient tax planning solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to provide tax advice on business transactions and operations
