A well-regarded Seattle law firm is seeking a  Litigation Legal Assistant (4768)  to join its busy practice group. This role will provide direct support to multiple attorneys, including those handling litigation and appellate matters, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team. The firm is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong experience managing complex litigation matters from start to finish. After the initial 30 days in-office, this position offers a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support in both appellate and litigation matters
• Calendar court deadlines, client meetings, expert consultations, and opposing counsel communications
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic client files and save documents in multiple formats
• Draft legal correspondence and pleadings
• Proofread and redline briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Research, review, and apply court rules across multiple jurisdictions
• E-file in state and federal courts
• Format legal documents, prepare tables of contents and authorities, apply styles, and track changes
• Utilize Adobe Pro and other legal technology tools to manage documents and filings

Qualifications :
