"D" Shift - Backshop

Backshop- Forklift Operator

Join our dynamic team in the Backshop on the "D" Shift, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This high-volume position requires an individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, as it is essential to maintaining the functionality of our mills.

Responsibilities

• Run ID / OD polishers to maintain product quality.
• Perform 'Air Underwater Hydro Testing' to ensure safety standards.
• Operate or learn to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Print and fulfill customer orders on time.
• Pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
• Label and stage customer packages for shipment.
• Consolidate shipments when necessary and assist with loading.
• Conduct finished goods inventory cycle counts.
• Replenish inventory in storage racks to maintain stock levels.
• Become forklift certified and operate it safely.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
