ABS Kids is looking for a Clinical Training Coordinator to join our team at our ABA Center in Columbia, SC. The Learning department ensures that all new hires connect with ABS Kids' mission, and values, as well as feel confident and prepared for their new roles with ABS Kids. This is a full-time, permanent Training position. We would not be able to provide supervision hours for an RBT that is pursuing a BCBA. You Will :
Present all training materials both virtually and in personTroubleshoot any potential training problems with Regional Learning Coordinator / Director of TrainingCoordinate specialized training and credential managementCoordinate shadow sessionsAssist with keeping training curriculum up to dateAssist with ensuring all trainees complete required courses by assigned due dateHelp with follow up after training to ensure satisfaction with programBe the point person for troubleshooting any technology, system, or other issues that may ariseOrganize and maintain training information and recordsReport to the Regional Learning SupervisorsYou Have :
Experience with Adult Learning to include how adults learn and acquire knowledgeMinimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferredMust maintain a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or higher through the BACBMinimum 1 year of experience as an RBTKnowledge of HIPAA regulationsExperience in a training position preferredWho We Are
