Patient Services Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Patient Services Representative in Rockledge, FL. Please apply if you are interested as this is a time sensitive.

• MUST have EPIC software system experience and experience doing this type of work previously.

Location : 100% Onsite in Rockledge, FL

Schedule : Monday–Friday

Hours :

8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM EST

Pay Rate : $18-20 / hour

Dress Code : Black polo shirt and khaki pants (no scrubs)

Job Summary :

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as the front desk receptionist in a medical office clinic. Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, scheduling follow-ups, answering phones, and supporting administrative tasks such as referrals and prior authorizations.

Key Responsibilities :

Check-in and check-out patients

Verify insurance and collect co-pays

Schedule appointments and follow-ups

Answer phones and route calls

Assist with referrals and prior authorizations

Support the front office Team Lead with administrative duties

Compliance Requirements :

References : Two professional references from authority figures (Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) dated within the last year

Flu Vaccine : Required between October 31 and March 31 (Medical / Religious exemptions accepted)

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of experience in a clerical or healthcare setting

EPIC system experience is required

Certified Administrative Professional or Associate degree preferred

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
