Schedule: Flexible weekday hours (mornings + occasional events)

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Catering & Local Marketing Manager to grow catering sales and spread the Freaky Fast love across three Jimmy John’s locations: Woodland Park, S Academy, and S Tejon.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, marketing, community events, and face-to-face outreach — not sitting behind a desk all day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Grow Catering Sales

• Own and grow catering sales across all three stores
• Turn leads into loyal catering customers
• Build repeat business with offices, schools, medical practices, realtors, construction crews, and local organizations
• Track outreach and results (and celebrate the wins)

Be the Face of Jimmy John’s

• Drop off samples to local businesses (yes, you’ll hand out sandwiches for a living)
• Set up and attend community events, fundraisers, and pop-ups
• Build relationships and leave people thinking, “Wow… that was Freaky Fast.”

Local Marketing & Outreach

• Plan and execute regular business sampling routes
• Create partnerships that turn into catering orders
• Help with local promotions and store-level marketing efforts
• Bring ideas — we love creativity

Team Coordination

• Work closely with store managers to make sure catering orders are executed perfectl
• Communicate clearly with in-store teams so orders are accurate, fast, and on brand
• Help ensure catering orders look great and show up on time

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to anyone
• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction
• Organized, reliable, and good at follow-up
• Sales, marketing, hospitality, or catering experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable transportation (you’ll be visiting businesses and events)
• Able to lift catering trays and supplies (up to ~30 lbs)
• Flexible availability for weekday mornings and occasional events
