Assistant Project Manager - Multi-Family Ground Up Projects
Assist in planning and managing multi-family ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Support the project manager in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
Participate in site inspections and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
