We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 400 employees. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll processing and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities :

  • Administer full-cycle payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
  • Manage weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the Payroll Manager upon their return.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor and implement best practices for payroll procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Provide support during audits and assist with documentation as required.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve payroll systems and processes.
  • Proven experience managing payroll for a workforce of 100-500 employees.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll operations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Experience in supporting payroll audits and documentation.
