We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to manage payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 400 employees. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll processing and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities :
- Administer full-cycle payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees.
- Manage weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to support the Payroll Manager upon their return.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and implement best practices for payroll procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Provide support during audits and assist with documentation as required.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll systems and processes.
- Proven experience managing payroll for a workforce of 100-500 employees.
- Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Experience in supporting payroll audits and documentation.
