• Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• No Cold Calling, We sell to the following: Existing customers, Referrals, Prior Customer via Win Back, Marketing campaigns that generate inbound Leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend all insurance products
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Process applications, quotes, and policy changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in car sales, call centers, or realtors, mortgage loan officers, etc
• Willingness to obtain an Insurance license paid for by Barger and Associates.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and reliability.
