Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Define strategic direction for manufacturing lines aligned with company goals.
• Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop manufacturing managers, supervisors, and operators.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Inventory Control to resolve production issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean practices.
