Job descriptionProvide high-quality primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations. Perform acute visits, chronic disease management, and Medicare Advantage Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) . Conduct occupational health services such as pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, injury follow-ups, and work comp cases . Collaborate with physicians and support staff in a team-based environment . Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR systems (Amazing Charts & Caretracker). Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment plans.
