You will work directly with senior executives, both internally and with our clients, to deliver innovative solutions, strengthen relationships, and position our team as a trusted partner in the Charlotte market and beyond.

In this role, you will :

Client Delivery & Strategic Projects

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, creating roadmaps aligned to business goals and educating leaders on key industry trends.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in client engagements, including stakeholder alignment, milestone achievement, and budget governance.
  • Participate in project steering committees, providing executive oversight and coaching project leaders on client management and communication.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in market-facing activities and contribute to methodology, tools, and best practices at the national level.

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive new business opportunities through networking, thought leadership, and brand-building in the Charlotte market.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new ways to create value and positioning the full breadth of Centric's offerings.
  • Lead sales pursuits in collaboration with local and national leadership, from proposal development to contract execution.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Centric brand through community engagement and active participation in the professional ecosystem.
  • Practice Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team; set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and support career development.
  • Contribute to national practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and innovation efforts to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring team members feel valued, recognized, and supported in their growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice management and recruiting.
  • Who You Are :

    What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in management consulting and / or technology delivery, with increasing levels of leadership responsibility.
  • Track record of building and growing client accounts, including direct sales and account management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams under pressure, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project methodologies strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
