What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide technical support to Sophos customers, ensuring adherence to defined service parameters and SLAs
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions for installation issues and network configurations
  • Manage technical escalations within team response and resolution targets
  • Collaborate with team leaders to improve technical support procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in weekend and on-call shifts on a rotational basis

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT field, particularly in a technical support role
  • Familiarity with security products such as Firewalls, VPNs, and Email Security filters
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems and command line interface
  • Experience with Active Directory group policy configuration and deployment

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience with cloud virtualization platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex problems effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively guide customers through issue resolution
