Manager, Talent Acquisition
Allied is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to deliver recruitment nationally. This is a hands-on role that owns the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer across functions, seniority levels and geographies.
Beyond day-to-day recruitment delivery, you will also shape how Allied attracts, engages and hires exceptional people. Youll advise and coach hiring managers, manage external partners and strengthen processes and tools that support successful outcomes. Representing Allieds employer brand, you will connect remarkable talent to meaningful work, ensuring every hire supports Allieds contribution to cities and culture.
Your Impact
- Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across disciplines and seniority levels, ensuring excellence in candidate quality, experience and fit
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, coaching them on best practices and influencing decisions with data and market insights
- Enhance the candidate experience, setting the standard for how Allied engages talent
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employer brand, sourcing strategies and recruitment practices
- Represent Allied externally with institutions, networks and industry partners to expand reach and visibility
- Manage recruitment agency partnerships to ensure effective delivery, cost-efficiency and alignment with Allieds standards
Your Responsibilities
Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, offers and closing)Spearhead the design and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, interview frameworks and selection toolsEstablish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, networks and external stakeholders to build pipelinesChampion initiatives that modernize Allieds recruitment capabilities including technology upgrades, job description frameworks and employer branding toolsOnboard, negotiate with and manage recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality, alignment and valueProvide guidance and mentorship to hiring managers and peers on recruitment practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvementAct as an ambassador of Allieds purpose, representing the company internally and externallyYour Qualifications
6 or more years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience across functions and seniority levels with exposure to strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaborationStrong advisory and communication skills with the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholdersDemonstrated success in leading recruitment projects and initiatives that improved outcomesProven ability to balance high-volume delivery with long-term strategic contributionsExperience in managing vendor relationships including contract negotiation and performance managementFamiliarity with applicant tracking and HRIS systemsSolid understanding of employment laws and regulationsAssets :
