Job description
A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on cGMP utilities, manufacturing equipment, HVAC, and facility
Document maintenance activities in CMMS (MAXIMO) and process purchase orders for spare parts
Follow Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures to improve facility performance
Required Qualifications
Experience in GMP utilities, manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, and pharmaceutical maintenance
Proficiency in using CMMS software (MAXIMO) for maintenance programs
Technical knowledge of RODI & WFI water systems, clean steam, and HVAC / clean rooms
Experience with GMP manufacturing equipment such as fermenters, bioreactors, and autoclaves
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of Data Acquisition / SCADA systems is preferred
