Technical Specialist Senior

Job Summary :

The Technical Specialist Senior will assist with implementing additional security features in Intune and provide day-to-day support for managed agencies. This role requires expertise in Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and migrating from MCM to Intune. The specialist will collaborate with Azure and Identity Management teams, automate tasks, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms.
• Deploy and manage applications to ensure secure access to corporate resources.
• Implement endpoint security policies, conditional access, and compliance configurations.
• Work with Azure AD, On-Prem AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and other M365 services.
• Develop PowerShell / Bash scripts for automating tasks, optimizing deployments, and improving security compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and provide major incident support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Generate reports to track usage, compliance, and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties for continuous improvement.
