With expertise spanning architecture and real estate development, we guide clients from concept through completion, offering design excellence alongside strategic services such as feasibility studies, entitlements, and pro-forma analysis. We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our studio and share in our vision.

The Financial Manager will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the organization and ensuring its continued success and growth. This position is 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, and remote work is possible. Competitive pay pending experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis

Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and project financial performance reports.

Develop and manage the firm\'s overall budget, including forecasting expenditures and projecting income streams.

Work with the firm’s bookkeeper to monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (like GAAP), and tax laws.

Collaborate with project managers to establish and monitor project budgets, track costs (including labor hours and expenses), and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar financial role
