We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join our team in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee various auditing projects, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all work adheres to regulatory standards.
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting processes and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Develop and implement effective audit programs tailored to client needs.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as CaseWare and CCH ProSystem Fx to streamline auditing tasks.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with changes in auditing standards and ensure compliance across all projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address audit-related queries and concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit methodologies and processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including CaseWare and CCH ProSystem Fx.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members in audit practices.
• Knowledge of accounting functions, audit planning, and program execution.
