Network Security lead

Key Responsibilities : Firewall Administration : Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto) to protect the network infrastructure. Monitor firewall logs and policies to ensure optimal security posture. Perform firewall rule optimization and manage updates and patching for firewall appliances. Proxy Management : Manage and configure Forcepoint proxy solutions for secure web access and data protection. Monitor web traffic and enforce security policies to prevent data leakage and unauthorized access. Web Application Firewall (WAF) Management : Administer and maintain Fortinet WAF solutions to safeguard web applications from attacks. Implement and fine-tune WAF rules to prevent common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and other OWASP Top 10 threats. Incident Response & Troubleshooting : Respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Network Monitoring & Reporting : Utilize monitoring tools to ensure the availability and performance of security devices. Provide detailed reports on security incidents, firewall activities, and network traffic anomalies. Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with other IT and security teams to design and implement secure network architectures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, configurations, and procedures.
