Role Summary
The Strategy Program Manager is the sole subject matter expert in enhancing and delivering robust strategic management processes and tools while fostering alignment with senior leadership's vision at Alaska Airlines. As an individual contributor, this role defines long-term strategy and is pivotal in driving innovative and forward-thinking strategies, ensuring seamless integration and execution of high-level initiatives that bolster organizational objectives and exercises considerable latitude and initiative and demands a strong focus on collaboration with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver transformative solutions that resonate with long-term business priorities and values.

Salary Range
$120,400 - $180,600 / year
Salary Details
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience / level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska / Hawaiian / Horizon employees. Alaska / Hawaiian / Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. Note : We don't typically hire at the top of the range.
