Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid : 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Our Global Law Firm client is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Coordinator to join the team in Houston

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex billing and client analysis projects.
• Prepare and process client bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review outstanding balances and proactively address issues.
• Coordinate departmental workflow and provide solutions to billing challenges.
• Train, mentor, and assist junior team members; assume leadership when needed.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date client and partner files.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and business services professionals.
