Job Summary :
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and manage the company's receivables and collections functions. This role is responsible for maintaining customer account accuracy, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to resolving receivables issues.
Accounts Receivable Manager Job Responsibilities :
Collects revenue by managing the process of invoices, resolving missed payments, collections, updating financial records, sending out statements, sending out renewal notices and effectively supervising staff.Lead the accounts receivable team by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees as needed.Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.Collects accounts by contacting customers referred by clerks; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting paymentUpdates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing and bank remittance transactions.Uphold internal accounting controls to ensure financial integrity and minimize risk.Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information in accordance with data protection regulations and internal policies.Work Hours
