A company is looking for a Statistical Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for accurate reporting to regulatory authorities and oversee risk assessments related to regulatory changes
Collaborate with various departments and vendors to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and manage data integration processes
Develop team metrics, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Ten years of experience in property and casualty insurance regulatory compliance and data analysis
Previous leadership experience
Certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Certified Data Manager (CDM) preferred
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and property and casualty commercial lines coverages
