Must-Have :

• Fieldwork experience in an inpatient rehab setting
• Ability to work one weekend per month
• Holiday availability

Description :

The position is for a Physical Therapist Assistant in an inpatient rehab unit.

Shifts are five days a week from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm.

Weekend work may be required, possibly one weekend per month.

No on-call duty is required for this role.

Holidays will be required.

Travelers should not float to other units or facilities.

Both experienced candidates and new graduates with relevant fieldwork will be considered.

The facility has a total of 28 staffed beds.

Teamwork and interdisciplinary support are emphasized in the unit.

The hospital utilizes Epic for charting.

Free parking is available.

During hurricane season, employees may be assigned to emergency response teams.

Travelers should be aware of the hurricane season risks and schedule assignments accordingly.
