Job descriptionThe main goal is to attract new local / regional advertisers and close sales. Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and manage a sales team of independent contractors. Prospect, contact, and present products to potential advertisers. Excellent organizational skills. One-call close experience is a plus. IT literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect, engage, and work well with various personalities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Based on experience : up to $100,000 salary annually plus commission, bonus, and override (Manager).
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Direct Advertising Sales
- Experience in B2B Advertising sales such as Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales
- Management experience
