Fulfillment Expert

The starting hourly rate is $18.75 USD per hour. The pay range is $18.75 USD - $28.15 USD per hour. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. The role of a Fulfillment Expert can provide you with experience in a dynamic work environment, skills to assess your daily business and utilize tools to determine how to meet digital demand, knowledge of reporting systems that show how digital guest traffic patterns are changing throughout the day, and experience in retail business fundamentals.

A typical day will most likely include being knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store, creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging with guests in a welcoming way, selecting items for order pickup, accurately putting on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders, properly preparing, packing and sorting guest orders for shipment, maintaining your workspace and supplies, properly using equipment while following safety best practices, following all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up, and all other duties based on business needs.
