Essential Functions :
- Designs, configures, and implements next-best-action strategies to optimize customer engagement across various channels.
- Configures and manage rules to ensure customers receive effective offers, balancing business needs like cross-selling and upselling.
- Configures action, treatment, and group-level engagement policies. Define outcomes such as sales, service, retention, and loyalty.
- Conducts gap analysis to extend existing logic into the Next-Best-Action Designer framework.
- Supports quality assurance, simulation, reporting, monitoring, and control of Pega setup.
- Partners with Marketing stakeholders to ensure the right content is being delivered to leads at each stage of the buyer's journey, supporting conversion goals.
- Collaborates with Marketing stakeholders to use data effectively, ensuring the strategies can be tracked, scored, and reported on efficiently.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and best practices to avoid common mistakes in customer decisioning strategies
- Participate in workshops to improve strategies and address challenges in lead generation and customer retention.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum three (3) years of experience with Pega decision-making tools required.Proven experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Next-Best-Action Designer.Experience with data analysis and omnichannel marketing strategies.Pay Range : $84,000.00 - 112,000.00 / yr
