Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

GoGoMeds is seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to lead and support the Data Entry Department within their mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures pharmacy technicians maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.

Hours : MondayThursday : 8 : 00am4 : 30pm, Friday : 7 : 00am3 : 30pm (No weekends)

Job Duties :

Uphold company policies for technicians in the Data Entry Department

Review PTO / sick time requests and assign occurrences per attendance policy

Determine appropriate staffing levels and manage technician hiring

Conduct annual performance reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary

Oversee data entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion

Update or create training resources as needed

Communicate externally with clients for troubleshooting and resolution

Monitor technician performance, set goals, and uphold client SLAs

Requirements :

Active Kentucky Pharmacy Technician license (or willingness to obtain)

National PTCB certification preferred

Minimum 2 years experience in a lead pharmacy technician role with strong data entry background
