We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join our growing real estate team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing structure to chaos.
As the right hand to the team lead, you’ll manage daily operations, streamline systems, oversee transactions, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate vendors — all while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating efficiency. A real estate license is required.
Compensation :
$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
- Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand
- Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
- Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
- Build, implement, and manage operational systems to streamline team workflows and improve efficiency across listings, escrows, and marketing.
- Oversee and maintain databases, lead tracking, and client relationship management tools.
- Manage the team lead’s calendar, appointments, and communications to ensure optimal time management.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for listings, including stagers, photographers, and repair teams.
- Supervise and support the administrative team, including marketing, transaction coordination, and virtual assistants.
- Organize and execute team and client events, occasionally after hours or on weekends.
- Create and maintain the Operations Manual documenting all team systems and standards.
- Track and analyze expenses and ROI to support budgeting and business planning.
