Job descriptionOversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence Mentor and support clinical and front office staff Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity to meet performance goals Monitor clinic KPIs, including patient visits, outcomes, and revenue targets Drive community outreach and referral development Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and standards Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain) Minimum 3-5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation Demonstrated leadership potential or previous management experience CPR / BLS certification required
