The Public Works Employee has a versatile and essential role responsible for maintaining and improving Mt. Pleasant City's public infrastructure. This includes work on culinary and secondary water systems, sewer systems, roads, buildings, grounds, the cemetery, shop tasks, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.

• Maintain and repair culinary and secondary water systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and meters.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in water system operations.
