Position Summary
The Director, Project Management is a key member of the Capital Projects Reinvestment team, responsible for overseeing the development of capital projects related to building infrastructure and associated work, ensuring company processes, policies, and applicable laws are followed, and facilitating quality coaching and training of team members. The Reinvestment Project Management team collaborates with stakeholders across departments to lead and coordinate projects from conception through completion, including vision, scope, budgeting, underwriting, approvals, scheduling, and final product oversight.

Compensation
Base Pay Range : $147,200.00 – $204,300.00. Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
