CENCO Claims is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims in the Tampa, FL area. This field-based role offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our claims team.

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect and assess property damage in the field

Create detailed estimates using Xactimate

Take clear photos and prepare thorough reports

Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers

Submit accurate and timely claim files

Requirements :

Proficiency in Xactimate

Strong understanding of property damage and repair

Excellent communication and time management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Florida or designated home state adjuster license

Preferred : 2+ years of field adjusting experience
