Senior Director of Technical Program Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic direction for the technical program portfolio to align with company goals

Lead cross-functional programs to enhance system reliability and production readiness

Oversee program execution and ensure visibility and accountability across teams

Required Qualifications :

B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

10+ years of technical program management experience with complex projects

5+ years of people management experience in technical program delivery

Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks in product development

Fluency with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and related tools
