Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Select qualified candidates through screening resumes, cold calling, and sending emailsBuild relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local marketCollaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate jobdescriptions and hiring criteria
Present qualified candidates to the sales team for our clientsSchedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiringmaterials
Collaborate with the hiring manager and / or other human resource staff during the offerprocess to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other
pertinent details to customers
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeCustomer Service experience preferredCompetitive SpiritProactive and coachableStrong organization skills / detail-orientedProjected Earnings :
Year 1 : 45k – 55kYear 2 : 50k – 75kYear 3 : 70k – 100kBenefits :
