ROLE : IT SERVICE DESK MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

REQUIRED :

• ELIGIBILITY FOR FAVORABLE U.S. DHS SUITABILITY INVESTIGATION
• Ability to work onsite when needed at one of three locations in Arlington, VA.
• Ability to support 24x7x365 IT Support program deliverables & pers0nnel.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing information technology IT service desk
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field

Five (5) years’ experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree

(HDI_SCM) certifications
