The incumbent serves as the operational lead within the Neuroscience programs across multiple inpatient facilities and supervises the development, implementation and organization of the overall program. This individual coordinates the efforts between patients, surgeons, hospital administration, and multiple departments while tracking the progress of the program and identifying areas that require attention. This position is responsible for all program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and administrative activities within the program and must be able to function with independence. The incumbent will work closely with the other Program Managers in the division / region to develop and support the Neuroscience Service Line strategies and reports to the Service Line Division Director for Neurosciences.
