Join Thermo Fisher's Corporate IT remote team as a Workday HCM Architect to craft HR solutions, focusing on Workday's innovations in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & productivity focus areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Intelligence Optimize Workday's skills-based talent management solutions, including Skills Cloud, Talent Marketplace, and Career Hub, to drive strategic workforce planning initiatives, multifaceted career pathing and facilitate internal talent movement
• AI powered Talent Management Leverage Workday's AI capabilities to improve recruiting, hiring, career pathing and succession planning
• Workday Illuminate - Implement solutions that harness Generative AI capabilities like Workday Everywhere, Agentic AI and Succession Agent. Be a critical part in helping develop our generative AI and machine learning strategies that center around Workday
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements within Workday, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Partner with business partners, internal IT staff and external consultants to ensure effective definition and delivery of HR Technology

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00$185,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
