What You'll Do

• Ship from Day 1 - You deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
• Ownership - You create specs, you figure shit out, you build features end-to-end.
• Solve Every Problem - Whether it's deploying AI use cases with customers, designing core infrastructure, scaling the codebase, or hiring your next teammate - you own it.
• Customer Impact - Work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver measurable business results.

1+ years of experience as a software engineer at a top-tier company or quant firm, with a strong backend focus and clear signals of technical excellence

Salary

$150K - $200K (Will flex higher for more tenured candidates)

9-9-6 in their San Francisco office
