About the Team

Our Learning and Development team is dedicated to designing transformative learning experiences that support Walmart's business objectives and associate growth. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-impact solutions. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in advancing our digital learning strategy and ensuring our associates are future-ready.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of Augmented Reality learning projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Drive the strategy for AR learning initiatives, aligning with Walmart U.S. Learning's vision and business goals.
• Oversee vendor selection, management, and partnership development for AR solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and adoption of AR learning experiences.
• Stay current with emerging trends in educational technology, especially within Extended Reality, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure all AR learning products comply with Walmart's standards for accessibility, security, and data privacy.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : stock.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Instructional Design Software, Leading cross-functional teams, Master's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field, Project Management Certification, Project management experience, Six Sigma certification.
