Key Responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of a CNA include :

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and documenting medication administration accurately.
• Offering companionship, emotional support, and engaging in meaningful conversations to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Preparing nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and client preferences.
• Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as needed.
• Observing and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and reporting any concerns or issues to the care coordinator or nurse.
• Providing personalized care that respects the dignity, preferences, and cultural backgrounds of each client.
