Strong telemetry rhythm interpretation skills

Critical thinking and timely clinical decision-making

Effective time management and prioritization skills

Ability to assess med-surg level patients and escalate care appropriately (Charge RN, Manager, Rapid Response, Provider, etc.)

Professional communication skills

Demonstrates reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

ACLS Certification

Required Certifications

BLS (American Heart Association)

Floating Requirements

May float to other Med-Surg units

Occasional float to ED holding pod (within RN scope)
