We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Medical Scribe / Patient Care Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of patient care, working closely with physicians to document real-time medical encounters, support clinic operations, and help ensure patients feel informed and cared for every step of the way.

You'll be a key part of the care team-gathering important health info, educating patients, assisting with procedures, and making sure every detail is accurately captured in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). What You'll Do :

• Partner with physicians and nurses to deliver top-notch patient care
• Accurately document patient visits in real time while shadowing the provider
• Collect vital health information and help patients understand their care plan
• Perform point-of-care testing (POCT), immunizations, and injections
• Assist with ordering tests, medications, and follow-ups
• Help keep things running smoothly by handling clerical tasks
• Be a friendly, knowledgeable face patients can count on!
